The Scale Aviators Christmas In December 3-5 December 2021

About the Event 

Christmas in July  (23-25 July 2021)  @ The Scale Aviators, Willie Emmett Field, Naas Rd Tharwa.

We are looking forward to catching up and flying some aircraft and enjoying some Christmas spirit.

No aircraft restrictions apply.

This Event will fully comply with MAAA MOPS and standard club rules.

(Please ensure you have relavent current large scale permits for aircraft over over 7kgs)

Come and check out what we have done and enjoy the experience.

CASA instrument up to 1800ft.

Plan is to, in a relaxing atmosphere get as much flying in as possible.

Enjoy some  some Christmas spirit (Spirits) and food .

To assist with catering please confirm your attendance asap.

Field open: Friday morning 23 of  July   @ around 9:30 am

Heated club house and plenty of shelter.

Outdoor heating also available.

If we get weathered in we will whatch  a range of movies on the big screen

Friday Lunch                     Steak or sausage sandwich with drink  $5.00 or $7.00 with the lot

Friday Dinner                    Home made BBQ Pizza & finger food    $10/head

Saturday B’fast                 Bacon + egg roll  $5.00

Saturday  Lunch               Steak or sausage sandwich with drink  $5.00 or $7.00 with the lot

Sat Dinner:                        Roast  (Lamd/Pork) & Dessert $30/head

Sunday: B’fast                  Bacon + egg roll  $5.00

Sunday lunch                   Steak or sausage sandwich with drink  $5.00 or $7.00 with the lot

Coffee and  Tea                $2.00

Menu may change a little to reflect the festive weekend.

Camping (site, loos & Shower) $15 per night per head.
